• Oversee all recreational facilities and activities, including the gym, tennis and paddle tennis courts, beach and pool games, Playstation games, billard, and water-based activities such as surfing.
• Coordinate and host engaging experiences such as Movie Under the Stars, beach volleyball tournaments, and other themed events.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for all guests across all recreational areas.
• Lead, train, and motivate a dynamic team to deliver personalized service and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the resort’s overall guest activity program.
• Manage scheduling, equipment maintenance, and activity logistics efficiently.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hospitality environment.
• Highly outgoing, energetic, and a true people’s person with a natural ability to engage and entertain guests.
• A strong team player with leadership and organizational skills.
• Language skills beyond English are a strong advantage.
• Passion for recreation, fitness, and ocean-based activities.
