Job Description
The primary responsibility of a Guest Experience Agent is to ensure each guest enjoys a personalized and memorable stay. You are responsible for engaging with guests from arrival to departure, anticipating their needs, and creating meaningful experiences that reflect the hotel’s brand standards. You will handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback efficiently and professionally, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for throughout their stay.
Qualifications
- A strong focus on customer service
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required
- Be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Computer skills in Ms Office; experience with current Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred
