We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Officer to join the team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort. This vital role is responsible for carrying out a variety of repairs, pool maintenance, and general maintenance tasks across the Resort. 

About the role:

• Undertake general repairs and maintenance across the property and facilities
• Perform pool maintenance to ensure safe and compliant operation
• Provide induction and supervision of external contractors
• Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property
• Maintain accurate daily work records and service schedules
• Support the wider team to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for guests and staff

• Previous hands-on building or property maintenance experience
• Experience or willingness to undertake pool maintenance duties
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A passion for delivering high standards of presentation and safety
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays if required
