Job Description

Strategic Brand & Regional Alignment

  • Serve as the brand guardian for both hotels, ensuring consistent positioning across all touchpoints.
  • Liaise with regional and global brand teams on campaigns, brand standards, and corporate initiatives.
  • Lead cluster-wide brand activations, rebranding projects, and market repositioning strategies.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Partner with Minor Hotels’ E-Commerce team to drive brand.com performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure best practice implementation across channels.
  • Manage visibility and positioning on OTA platforms in coordination with E-Commerce specialists.
  • Oversee full-funnel digital campaigns (awareness → conversion) including Meta, Google, and programmatic advertising.
  • Integrate CRM, email marketing, and loyalty (GHA Discovery) strategies into property-level marketing.

Public Relations, Media & Influencer Relations

  • Build and manage relationships with local, regional, and international media.
  • Oversee PR agencies, press trips, influencer collaborations, and crisis communications.
  • Curate impactful storytelling that strengthens the hotels’ reputation and share of voice.

F&B, Lifestyle & Event Marketing

  • Spearhead F&B branding and launches (restaurant rebranding, chef residencies, culinary festivals).
  • Market large-scale experiential events (festivals, wellness weekends, beach parties, cultural showcases).
  • Position hotels as lifestyle destinations beyond traditional hospitality.

Partnerships & Business Development

  • Drive collaborations with banks, loyalty programs, airlines, embassies, and lifestyle brands.
  • Leverage partnerships to create exclusive offers and high-value campaigns.

Creative, Content & Collateral

  • Oversee all creative assets, from social media to sales collateral, in line with NH Collection tone.
  • Lead content calendars, campaigns, and video/photo productions.
  • Manage cross-property design resources and ensure quality output.

Sustainability & ESG Storytelling

  • Work closely with engineering and P&C teams to Integrate conservation and community initiatives into brand communications.
  • Highlight hotels’ role in advancing Minor Hotels’ global sustainability commitments.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue, and Reservations teams to ensure marketing initiatives directly support commercial targets and conversion goals.
  • Partner with Minor Hotels’ Global Sales Offices (GSOs) to provide marketing support for trade activations, corporate RFPs, and feeder market campaigns.
  • Work alongside General Managers and F&B teams to align business priorities, promotions, and brand positioning.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, agency partners, and internal resources effectively.
  • Present strategies, reports, and results to property owners (Softlogic), regional HQ, and Minor Hotels leadership.

Public Relations & Events

  • Handle press inquiries and manage media relations to increase visibility.
  • Plan and deliver PR events to strengthen the hotel’s image.
  • Host and support media stays, ensuring a memorable guest experience.
  • Create innovative initiatives to keep excitement around the hotel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local journalists, influencers, and VIPs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Relevant qualification, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strategic thinker and decision maker
  • Passionate about the digital world, self starter and Fast learner
  • Familiarity with Content Management systems.
  • Basic html knowledge an asset
  • Comfortable working with photo-editing software; Photoshop for example
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools and metrics
  • Past experience purchasing online display advertising and coordinating online campaigns
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization/marketing practices also an asset
