This job role is to handle P&C Operations of Anantara Kalutara Resort and Avani Kalutara Resort

Job Description

  • Responsible for the P&C Operations at Anantara Kalutara and Avani Kalutara resorts in Sri Lanka.
  • You will be supporting in delivering efficient services to the team members of the hotel to administer the People Systems (HRIS), recruitment activities, Team Member benefits, employee communication 
  • You will need to make things happen, you will be a pivotal role in People & Culture team assisting in the key processes that ensure the success of the department.
  • You will be involved with driving team member engagement and communication.
  • You will manage administration ensuring smooth communications for the associates and the department.
  • You may well be the first contact for our internal clients so need to be approachable.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our team members throughout their journey.
  • Further, you will be involved in CSR activities, preparing reports, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in human resources work in a star-class hotel.
  • Knowledge in HRIS and hands-on experience in recruitments would be a plus.
  • Ability to work independently to deliver results & to perform a wide range of multi-tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
  • A team player with the confidence to take the lead
  • Ability to successfully function in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
