Join Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort as a Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. This is your opportunity to supervise the day to day operation of a successful Restaurant, working within a experienced and professional Food & Beverage Department.
This position will be working primarily within our Oak & Vine Restaurant, with an additional opportunity to work in either our Bistro or Conferencing. This is the perfect opportunity for a experienced restaurant supervisor step up and grow their career with Minor Hotels.
Qualifications
- 12 months supervisory experience gained in a similar role
- Previous experience working within formal dining
- A current RSA certificate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude.
- A high level of self-motivation and confidence
- Availability to work a variety of shifts (predominantly evening shifts) on a rotating roster
