We are seeking a friendly and efficient Part-Time F&B Attendant to join our team in Mai Khao, Thailand. As a valued member of our food and beverage service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Answer questions about menu items, making recommendations when appropriate
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Thai is a plus
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays/plates
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred
• Food handling certification is a plus
• Must be able to work in Mai Khao, Thailand
