- Loyalty Program Oversight: Manage the loyalty program Assist in designing, developing, and implementing strategies Loyalty program and drive for new customer acquisition, retention.
- Manage and monitor CRM activities and brand loyalty programs.
- Able to provide CRM content and materials, and marketing team support for brand loyalty program promotion.
- Local Marketing Strategy: Tailor marketing strategies to specific cluster types (Urban, Rural, Tourist) with dedicated calendars and programs, focusing on promotions and events.
- Promotional Activities: Develop and implement in-store promotional activities, ensuring coordination and execution across teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign results to ensure executional excellence and make data-driven decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external partners to align marketing efforts.
- Market Insight: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
Qualifications
Qualification:
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing or CRM management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Well management and prioritized responsible tasks.
