We operate like most other real estate agencies, except that we exclusively manage and sell Oaks Hotels & AVANI managed properties.

We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a professional Assistant Property Manager to join our friendly and successful MINT Residential team on a full time basis. This position is based in the Sydney CBD, and will be required to work Tuesday - Saturday. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to commence their Property Management career, with extensive training and support provided. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting open homes and private appointments
• Preparing and conducting periodic inspections
• Processing and approving applications, including reference checking
• Preparing lease agreements
• Prepare advertisements for all rental properties
• Demonstrate available properties to prospective tenants
• Prepare entry inspection reports as required
• Using the Console cloud program and Inspect Real Estate
• Administration of leasing and property handovers
• Perform additional tasks as instructed by the Senior Property Manager

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience:

• Current Real Estate Registration (or be willing to obtain)
• Minimum 2 years office administration/ reception experience
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
• Excellent and professional communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Availability to work full time hours, Tuesday - Saturday.
