Job Description
- To provide effective administrative support for the department, completing all activities to the required standard, and in a timely manner.
- To assist all other members of the department in the performance of their professional duties, particularly by completing administrative support tasks on their behalf.
- To ensure that all callers to the hotel are answered in a professional manner, and that their queries are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Organisation of attendance and meetings in the department and the efficient coordination of all logistical and support activities.
- Every evening check the schedule for transfers and excursions for the following day. Be familiar with the details regarding the trips including number of guests, their names and any special requirements.
- Follow-up the maintenance work of the boat or its engine with engineering department and update Launch Section manger or Captain until it is resolve.
- Communicate between Airport Hosts and the Resort Operators to co-ordinate arrival and departure times, and any other guest issues and requests faced during the trip.
- Communicate regularly and as required any issues with boats or guests to the Launch Section Manager or Coordinator.
- Resolve guest issues to the guest’s satisfaction within your level of authority. Write incident reports regarding any incidents of the boat trip.
- Report any crew disciplinary issues to Launch Section Manager.
- Attend training programs as designated by the resort.
Qualifications
- Highschool Graduate or Diploma
- Excellent communication skills in English Language
- Customer focused and attention to detail
- With Hospitality background is preferred
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
