As the Regional Director of Talent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our region. You will oversee all aspects of learning and development, as well as talent programs, ensuring that our team members have the tools and resources they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, capabilities, and performance.
• Identify talent gaps and develop succession plans to ensure continuity and growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback, metrics, and performance evaluations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our talent development programs.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in learning and development, talent management, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
