The Butler is responsible for ensuring all guests are welcomed and assisted as per the highest standards as set by Anantara Santorini Retreat Abu Dhabi. He or she works with all Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Activities, and Spa Team Members to provide exceptional service on a daily basis.

You are required to engage and maximize and exceed guests' satisfaction by providing highly personalized, efficient, and responsive service with attention to details, and anticipating guests' needs. Take ownership and leadership of all villas assigned to you including, directing, assisting, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest villas. Butler is instrumental to achieve our goal in providing the highest professional standards of service to our guests and make our valuable guests leave with Amazing Stories. 

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Butler/Villa Host, preferably in a luxury segment.
• Previous experience of reception tasks, e.g. check-in/check-out and Food Beverage experience is an advantage
• Friendly and outgoing behavior
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently
• Has strong decision-making abilities and upselling skills
• Excellent written and spoken skills in English
• Russian and German speaker is an advantage
• Butler certification would be an advantage
