Job Description

As a Dim Sum Chef you will be reparation of dim sum, pan-fried glutinous rice, sweetened soup and Chinese petit fours. They also design dishes.
 

This position will be responsible with.-

  • Ensures quality of all food production according to recipes
  • Minimizes and utilizes all waste products to keep costs in line
  • Ensures proper handling, storage and usage of raw and cooked materials
  • Reports any maintenance issues to outlet Chef
  • Maintains workplace safety by adhering to all relevant health and safety requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Dim Sum production
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices
  • Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities
  • Strong knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
