This high-profile role requires an experienced Director of Finance with strong managerial skills to develop functional capabilities. A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on work ethic is required in a remote location setting to serve the commercial, technical, statutory and talent development needs of finance in the cluster.

The role is intended for candidates with a track record of high performance within a finance centric hospitality company, preferably in a remote location setting, and someone who is mobile for future progression with Minor Hotels global network. The position will suit a dynamic, people-oriented style of leadership, via which the postholder can execute their technical expertise while collaboratively participating in island life with their team.
