Job Description
A rare opportunity exists to join our dynamic Commercial Operations team. You will be an integral part of our expansion, working closely with every commercial function where you will see your data turn into insights and insights turn into actions. You will be expected to be innovative, and help us continue to develop, implement, and constantly refine how we work with the evolving world of data. With a geographically diverse and multi-cultural audience, you will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to influence to achieve outstanding results.
To serve the company’s data needs, this role is responsible for using data to help businesses understand their customers, markets, and operations. They collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Insights analysts then communicate their findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise way, using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and prepare data for analysis.
- Develop and execute data analysis plans.
- Identify and interpret trends, patterns, and opportunities in the data.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
- Work with BI in the team to Develop and maintain insights dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with other teams to support decision-making and problem-solving.
- Identify potential issues, monitor, and continually improve tools and processes.
- Implement, communicate, and conduct training on new tools and processes to drive adoption.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical competencies and excellent creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Familiar with Python, SQL and database structure.
- Eager to learn and adopt new technologies.
- Thrives in a diverse working culture.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Experience in hospitality industry is preferred.
