As IT Manager you should have the strong knowledge & management in Opera PMS, Micros POS, PBX, Back office and TV systems and be updated in technology. You should anticipate and proactively make recommendations to any potential problems with respect to the day-to-day operations of the hotel. Recommend any potential improvements that will be of benefits to the hotels and continuously find a way to improve the implementation. Communicate and share lessons learned to the rest of the team members. You are responsible for the coordination and timely handling of any software fault reports or enhancement requests as well as to provide technical assistance to internal and external audit staff.

• Graduate from work-related School/University
• Preferable prerequisite is four years experience in hotel business.
• Deep knowledge in computer: Hardware, Software, Data Base, and Networking.
• Well experienced in systems design, analysis and project implementation, central reservation system, back office modules and interfaces.
