1. Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
2. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests.
3. Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and boiler systems.
4. Check for new maintenance requests from the Message box and update remarks once the task is completed.
5. Ability to read and understand test equipment, measuring devices, and safety manuals.
6. Preform maintenance activities in the guest room like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, electrical equipment including lamps, air conditioners / HVAC and AC ducts.
7. Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment.
8. To clean, lubricate, protect, and otherwise maintain all tools and equipment in the hotel.
9. To be available for any emergencies and act in an engineering capacity to protect guests and associates, and preserve the building and its systems during the emergency.
10. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
11. Attend daily briefings and stay updated on all departmental communications.
12. Operates Audio, Video and TV equipment as requested.
13. Attends to all types of repair and maintenance work including any new additional/ extensions.
14. Follow and implement engineering standards and engineering directives from Director of Engineering

• School education and vocational course with good grade on trade.
• Necessary Certificates in trade or and trainings 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar capacity
• Market knowledge of related products.
• Very good understanding of English language with communication abilities.
