Job Description
- Responsible for all quality control; including the writing, updating and implementation of all treatment protocols and standard operating procedures. Responsible for keeping products and treatments relevant by keeping updated with new trends and TTM tips.
- To assist the Director of Spa & Wellness / Wellness Manager in directing and controlling the overall operations and administration of the Spa & Wellness department.
- Relationships with all business partners are maintained and nurtured to mutual benefit related to TTM department.
- TTM Practitioner are continually developed and challenged to maximize their potential.
- Define and document on TTM offering so that it can be understood, adopted and smoothly implemented across all of the operations.
- To have overall responsibility and accountability as TTM doctor for guest and team member illnesses if required.
- Provide TTM consultations programs and services to guests to fit alongside the other wellness modalities.
- Responsible for the selection and delivery of all TTM treatments, procedures and protocols within the resort menu including training therapists and guiding wellness advisors in TTM theory and practical skills.
- Responsible for the make-up and direction of the TTM retreat
- Provide nutritional guidance to the Executive chef on TTM cuisine and help with the creation and testing of TTM recipes.
- Assist the Director of Spa & Wellness / Wellness Manager in the selection of the TTM product line (professional and retail) and continually research new products/potential offerings.
- Assist the Director of Spa & Wellness / Wellness Manager in setting TTM standards and protocols, including helping to develop and maintain the records and standards.
- Daily liaison with team members on individual guest progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in Thai Traditional Medicine.
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Thai Traditional Medicine practitioner.
- At least 3 years’ management experience, preferably in a hospitality setting
- Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills with the ability to inspire guests to a healthier living.
- Excellent organizational, management and written and verbal communication skills (English) and computer skills.
- Guest focused integrative, co-operative approach with guests and colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of spoken and written English
- License of Thai Traditional Medicine Doctor or Appropriate TTM qualification, with adequate experience of delivering TTM treatments.
