• Is responsible for zero accident in the Kids club/Teens club and Resort in general
• Ensures proper maintenance of all equipment in the Kids club/Teens club.
• Makes sure all the equipment is functional and complete.
• Ensures timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to the appropriate area and follows up for completion.
• Maintains good relationships with associates and contributes to team spirit.
• Interacts with other departments to provide additional or specialized guest services.
• Constantly seeks ways to improve operational procedures with Recreation Supervisor.
• Gives immediate feedback of operations and concerns to the Recreation Supervisor.
• Keeps Recreation Supervisor informed and updates him on guest feedback and / or concerns.
• Conceptualizes and organizes festivities and special events for children.
• Monitors operational supplies and maintains appropriate par stock in the department.
• Monitors departmental cost and is responsible for the profitability of the department.

• Must possess good communication and customer service skills,
• Must be able to handle a number of tasks simultaneously and prioritize duties,
• Must be able to complete duties in a timely manner and be able to function in a fast paced environment,
• Must possess a good telephone manner.
• High school Diploma. A minimum of six months to one-year related education and training/experience.
