Job Description
Job Purpose:
Manage and drive Talent Management and Succession Planning activities to ensure a strong talent pipeline for all talent groups as well as a proper development plan. Monitor and drive Performance Management practices for Minor Food Thailand to ensure a proper alignment of KPIs, effective use of the system and completion of key performance management activities.
Main Responsibilities:
Work closely with BU Leaders and HRBUs to plan and prepare properly for annual talent review discussions.
Look into strengths and areas of development of each talent against their possible next position, also take business direction and priority into consideration, and identify personalised development activities as well as work with Learning & Development team to arrange the learning courses/ activities that will help close those gaps.
Monitor development progress and follow up with BU Leaders as well as HRBUs to ensure development plan is being implemented and the progress is on track.
Drive BU to ensure each individual (L3 and above) has successors identified, they get connected with their successors periodically, succession planning is done properly in the system and the information is up to date.
Manage overall facilitation of talent review and succession planning activities.
Champion NGT (New Gen Talent) Programme implementation, execution and monitoring.
Champion Management Trainee Programme implementation, execution, monitoring and governance by working closely with Talent Acquisition, other COE and HRBUs.
Monitor KPIs of senior leaders and ensure they are well cascaded and aligned with each individual, especially those one level down and in critical positions.
Drive BU to ensure KPIs are accurately input, monitored and updated in the system at least on a monthly basis.
Work closely with HRBU to ensure all key performance management activities (KPI setting and performance review) are completed on time and with quality.
Own and champion talent and performance management process by promoting, educating and facilitating the end users to best utilise SuccessFactors (SF) system.
Work with Learning & Development team to ensure a seamless connection between talent and performance management and learning & development activities
Work with Corporate Communication team to roll out effective and attractive communication to target audience through various communication channels.
Provide support to Talent and Performance Management Director on special assignments as requested.
Job Profile:
Work 5 days a week (flexible hour)
Conduct and facilitate meetings and discussions as well as present in English
Single contributor without subordinates
Work closely with HRBUs and executives
High level of personal interaction, e.g. one-on-one consultation and coaching
Handle multiple projects at the same time

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and sound experience in the area of talent and performance management
Proficiency in English and computer skills
Drive for results
Strong interpersonal and facilitating skills
Solid consulting / coaching skills
Good analytical thinking
Ability to visualise how each individual’s KPIs connect and contribute to overall business success
Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Talent Management / Organisation Development / HR consulting field with a minimum of 3 years at management level with multinational companies.
