Job Description

Financial Strategy

• Provide support to CFO and management in setting the corporate objectives and overall strategy
• Complete and update Financial Master Plan which incorporates recommended financial strategy

Funding
• Ensure fully funded business plan
• Develop appropriate funding structure
• Identify appropriate financial tools and instruments for fund raising
• Acquire competitive sources of financial instruments

Diversity Finding Sources
• Identify key banking relationships
• Build strong relationship with at least 5 international banks
• Establish standby bank facilities
• Obtain international credit rating

Policy and Control
• Establish framework for standard loan, debt and ISDA agreements
• Establish monitoring system for compliance with terms and conditions of loan, debt and ISDA agreements
• Establish and implement foreign exchange rate risk management policy and monitoring system

Risk Management
• Identify appropriate financial tools and instruments for financial risk management
• Acquire competitive sources of financial risk management instruments

Special Projects
• Lead or participate in special projects to be assigned by CFO and the management

People and Organization
• Create and maintain effective finance organization structure in partnership with Group Finance Director - Corporate

Qualifications

Qualification
• Fluent in English and Thai
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point skills are required
• Able to liaise professionally with senior management
• Hands-on project manager with complex multi-tasking capacity

Education:
• MBA or Master’s Degree in business (banking, finance, accounting, marketing, economics or other related fields)

Experience:
• Minimum 10 years experience in related field
