Job Description

As an office assistant, you will put your outrageously good organizational skills, total flexibility and passion for satisfying customers to help ensure the smooth day to day operations of our Cluj office.

In particular, you will:

  • Take care of the office so that the team is happy and can focus on their activities
  • Act as a receptionist and central point of contact for administrative queries
  • Manage the reception and distribution of communications: forward, collect, copy, distribute correspondence and mailings, handle couriers
  • Maintain supplies: check stock, anticipate requirements, place orders and deliver supplies
  • Organize and handle local and international travel and accommodations for team members and external visitors
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records to appropriate requirements
  • Schedule and organize meeting rooms, set up video & tele conferences
  • Perform any ad-hoc office tasks such as order catering, office errands, requests from team

Qualifications

Skills that we look out for are among

  • Relevant experience as an office assistant
  • Proficiency in Ms Office suites
  • Ability and willingness to develop skills in other office packages (Confluence, Jira…)

  Icing on the cake

  • Experience in a high tech or start-up environment.
  • English
