Job Description

Global Campaign Manager (Snr or Director level)
Reports to: VP, Global Field Marketing
Location: Tysons Corner, VA (HQ)

About the role

We're hiring a Senior Campaign Manager to build and run the integrated campaign engine for Strategy. This is a senior individual contributor role for a marketer who can operate at both altitudes: shaping the message and positioning that anchors a campaign, and including content and cross-functional input required to bring it to market.

You will own the global campaign calendar, ensuring that what we say, where we say it, and who we say it to is coordinated across regions, segments, and verticals. You'll be the connective tissue between sales, field marketing, partner marketing, creative, and product teams — translating business priorities into campaigns that generate pipeline and accelerate deal velocity.

This role is central to how we show up in market. If you're energized by building narrative frameworks, structuring campaigns from scratch, and running them end-to-end with measurable pipeline impact, we want to talk.

What you'll do

Own integrated campaign strategy and execution

  • Design and execute multi-channel integrated campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue targets

  • Build and maintain the global campaign calendar for customer segments, and target industry verticles.

  • Coordinate campaign inputs and outputs across email, social, web, paid media, events, and partner channels so that our voice in market is consistent and cadenced

Develop campaign messaging and narrative

  • Craft the core message, narrative, and positioning that anchor each campaign, then adapt it for regional audiences, buyer personas, and vertical use cases

  • Translate business priorities and solution capabilities into buyer-facing value propositions that resonate at every stage of the funnel

  • Own campaign-level messaging frameworks and ensure downstream assets (web copy, email, sales collateral, event content, social) stay tightly aligned to them

Orchestrate cross-functional execution

  • Brief and coordinate creative, content, web, marketing ops, and regional field teams on the assets, timing, and asks each campaign requires

  • Partner with sales and sales leadership to align campaigns with pipeline priorities, deal cycles, and territory plans

  • Work with partner marketing to integrate co-marketed motions and hyperscaler-led programs into the campaign calendar

  • Collaborate with product teams to bring new capabilities and launches to market with sharp, differentiated messaging

Measure, report, and optimize

  • Define KPIs for every campaign and report on performance against pipeline, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and revenue targets

  • Analyze results, surface what's working, and continuously refine messaging, channel mix, and audience targeting

What you'll bring

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years running integrated campaigns in a SaaS or enterprise technology environment

  • Demonstrated ability to develop campaign messaging, narrative, and positioning — you can take a raw business priority and turn it into a message that lands with buyers

  • Track record of running multi-channel campaigns that generated measurable pipeline

  • Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and how to design campaign motions that move opportunities through mid-funnel stages

  • Experience segmenting campaigns by region, industry vertical, and customer segment

  • Comfort operating as the campaign quarterback — writing briefs, herding cross-functional stakeholders, and holding a global calendar together

  • Excellent writer and editor; can craft copy directly when needed and can direct others when scaling

  • Proficiency with marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), Salesforce, and campaign analytics tools

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • Background running vertical or ABM-oriented campaigns in Retail, FSI, or other regulated industries

  • Experience with hyperscaler or SI co-marketing programs

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $103,900 to $186,900 and represents a good faith estimate of the range at the time of posting.
