We would like to announce a new development opportunity within MicroStrategy Finance Team.

We are looking for candidates to fill the positions of Accountant

Job Duties (include but not limited to):

  • Process AP invoices within the given scope of work
  • Reconciliation of Corporate Purchasing Credit Cards
  • Handle of incoming AP documents received via email or post
  • Reply to employees/vendors queries regarding AP on a daily basis
  • Support in AP month-end closing reporting within a defined schedule and scope
  • Support with AP Audit (documents preparation)
  • Being active and trying to get to know AP processes within the Team
  • Responsible for assisting and ensuring the timely completion of all  Banking reconciliations at the end of each month.
  • Assist Team Leader/Manager in releasing payments in the bank and review/post booking entries in JDE for other team members
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly payments forecasts and cash reporting
  • Meet defined monthly/quarterly KPI/SLA

 

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Accountancy
  • Positive Attitude and proven agility
  • Min 1-2 years of work experience in any Accountancy field, preferably in SSC environment
  • Career interest in Finance or other related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Good Excel skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
