Job Description

• Work with Information Security leads to establish security awareness program to engage employees with various activities
• Develop and implement a communication strategy that includes messaging and social media content creation
• Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant security developments.
• Adhere to the company’s communication style, ensuring the production of a high-quality and error-free information
• Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns with the team
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate marketing team and key internal stakeholders
• Organize and participate in IT Security planning sessions

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; degrees and/or significant coursework in communications, information assurance, public relations, business, or related field is ideal
• 3-5 years of professional experience preferred
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proven social media and communication expertise
• Content writing experience for all media platforms
• Proven documentation skills, including proficiency with the documentation and documentation maintenance for process workflow diagrams
• Familiarity with NIST 800-53, ISO 27001 and/or SOC2 is a plus
• Familiarity with relevant SOX, COBIT and/or ISO standards related to data security/IT operations and business continuity is a plus
• Strong work ethic; willingness to work additional hours to meet business need and coordinate with colleagues globally
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with both IT and non-IT colleagues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail; ability to manage multiple work streams and correctly prioritize
• Able to work between 12:00pm and 9:00pm IST.
