Job Description

The Role:  The Director, of Partner Enablement will play a critical role in ensuring the creation, quality and consumption of partner enablement content and tools.  The individual filling this role will be an exceptional communicator across all modes and possess the ability to unlock the educational value of MicroStrategy enablement resources for our global partner ecosystem.  The role requires significant cross-departmental collaboration and management and an ability to influence and lead even across departments in which they do not have direct oversight.  With a passion for and deep understanding of sales, pre-sales, marketing, consulting, customer success and enablement courseware and collateral creation, this role will be accountable for content creation, virtual learning course and certifications creation, supporting effective partner and lead generation campaigns, and improvement and driving partner ecosystem productivity through the effective delivery and appropriate consumption of materials and tools. 

The Focus:  

  • Empower the global partner ecosystem with the knowledge, materials, content, tools, courses, certifications, and resources they need to effectively communicate and market the value and benefits of MicroStrategy.   
  • Create and deploy complete catalog of partner-specific courses and certifications.
  • Ensure Partner-specific LMS has complete virtual courses and certification across all prospect and customer touch-points (sales, pre-sales, marketing, technology, implementation best practices, customer success, etc.)
  • Coordinate with MicroStrategy’s content owners to create partner-specific content
  • Roll out and communicate net new courses to partner community on a regular basis
  • Track partner company and individual certifications for compliance purposes
  • Execute new partner onboarding sessions, ensure white glove service to ensure partner success
  • Manage regular webinars to partner community.  Gather relevant content and SMEs to deliver presentations and updates
  • Manage and coordinate process of loading and keeping partner related content up to date in Partner Portal
  • Execute and synthesize partner surveys on a regular basis
  • Coordinate and manage execution of live partner-specific bootcamps or workshops for specialty topics not covered in e-Learning
  • Monitor and track all partners to ensure they have achieved self-sufficiency in all key functional areas
  • Support effective partner and lead generation campaigns
  • Continuously revise and improve eLearning and eCertifications across Sales, Pre-Sales, Technology, Implementation Best Practices, Customer Success, etc.
  • Conduct technical and business positioning and demonstrations of the MicroStrategy platform at important partner ecosystem engagements or events.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience 
  • Exceptional oral, presentation and written communication skills Demonstrated creative problem-solving ability  
  • Ability to articulate complex topics to both executives and sales professionals, and to translate technical advantages into business benefits  
  • Engaged, positive attitude able to prioritize in demanding environment  
  • Relevant experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales training. You should have a proven track record of success in developing and executing sales enablement programs that drive revenue growth 
  • You should have experience working with sales technology, such as CRMs, sales automation tools, and sales analytics software.  
  • The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can collaborate with other departments, and drive results. Experience managing teams or leading projects  
  • You should be able to identify problems and come up with solutions that are aligned with the company's goals. Experience solving complex problems and can think strategically.  
  • Successful completion of MicroStrategy bootcamp certification program upon employment  
  • Software industry experience preferred 
  • Ability to travel as required
