Job Description

We are looking for a (Senior) Sales Engineer for Germany who wants to be a part of a team of professionals to support winning the enterprise sales selection cycle and drive adoption of MicroStrategy’s products.

Your responsibility covers:

  • Present, position and demonstrate the MicroStrategy Solutions
  • Transform technical capabilities into business value and vision
  • Close teamwork with Sales and other departments in Sales Cycles
  • Complete technical Requests for Information
  • Conduct business and technical workshops
  • Proof of Concept prototype development on customer site
  • Represent MicroStrategy at seminars and trade shows
  • Participate in international (EMEA) team meetings
  • Support primarily for Germany, other countries in exceptions

Your qualification profile:

  • Master degree or equivalent business experience or technical education
  • 5+ years Presales experience in Enterprise Software Sales
  • Experience along the enterprise software solution sales process
  • Vertical Application knowledge in a major industry
  • General Knowledge of BI, Data Warehousing, Analytics, RDBMS appreciated
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business requirements
  • Hands on attitude with analytical and creative skills
  • Requirements solving attitude even under time pressure and prioritization skills
  • Basic knowledge of cloud concepts and technology (AWS & Azure) as a plus
  • Languages skills: Fluent in German plus English
