Job Description

·       Work with local sales teams in Eastern region to become knowledgeable about all MicroStrategy products and services

·       Communicate MicroStrategy’s unique offer in a clear and compelling way that drives interest and results in initial sales meetings

·       Search for customers and gain contact information to drive Business Development efforts

·       Conduct presentations and participate in demos with customers

·       Document daily activities in the system and prepare reports on a regular basis

·       Work closely with the Marketing team to develop new ways of increasing awareness of MicroStrategy products and services and to drive outbound campaigns

·       Drive participation to MicroStrategy events and set up on-site meetings at tradeshows

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred 

·       Fluent English and Polish.  Russian will be a strong plus

·       Analytical skills

·       Min 1 year of sales/customer facing experience 

·       Strong telephone and prospecting (cold-calling) skills 

·       Eagerness to learn and to move to Account Executive role

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

·       Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 

·       Self-driven, motivated and results oriented

·       Excellent organizational skills 

·       Adaptable to new challenges
