Mō te tūranga | About the role
Join us in supporting one of New Zealand’s newest renewable energy assets and help shape the systems that will keep it running for years to come. As part of our Reliability Asset and Work Performance team, you’ll work closely with construction, engineering, and operational teams to build high-quality asset and maintenance information within Maximo, turning complex technical information into trusted data that supports informed decision-making and operational excellence.
This role offers a unique blend of analytical, technical, and stakeholder engagement work, giving you the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the successful operation of the Ruakākā Solar project while using your system expertise and analytical knowledge. The role also supports the training and onboarding of users to ensure effective use of Maximo and consistent asset management practices.

You’ll be responsible for preparing and quality-checking data for system loading, translating complex operational information into accurate and structured system records, and contributing to documentation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and collaborating with a wide range of people.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience working with maintenance processes, asset information, or technical documentation
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and organise complex information
- Experience working with CMMS/EAM systems, ideally Maximo Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and confidence working across multiple teams
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently when needed
- A practical, approachable style and a continuous improvement mindset.
