Job Description
As a Product Deployment Specialist, your role consists of supporting clinic staff in the optimal use of our web-based electronic medical record (EMR), while ensuring a successful implementation adapted to the reality of each clinic. Your contribution to the deployment team will have a direct and significant impact on improving clinical processes. You will be joining a multidisciplinary team whose mandate is to welcome new clients and guide them in the adoption of our care management solutions.
Main Responsibilities
Be an integral part of the onboarding team by helping to define the needs of new customers.
Plan and prepare the technological park required for the deployment of MEDFAR’s products.
Implementation of functional interfaces required for the deployment of our products.
Develop IT clinical processes related to the deployment ensuring optimal use of our EMR product.
Participate in remote and on-site project deployments depending on size or complexity using tailored tools.
Prepare and conduct advanced training adapted to the clerical and medical staff of clinics.
Organize Q&A sessions for clients at clinics.
Design presentations and write project reports.
Support clients throughout the process.
Apply corrective and preventive interventions while targeting the improvement of clinical processes.
Qualifications
Post-secondary studies in the field of health, education, health software, and project management. any other relevant field or equivalent experience.
6 months to 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong sense of organization and structure of a work plan.
Excellent customer service and thoroughness.
Ability to establish fruitful interpersonal relationships and recognize complex emotions coming from others.
Excellent communication in English, both orally and in writing.
Working conditions
Contract: Permanent, full-time (40h/week)
Working mode: Remote
- Car and driver’s license (Class 5) are required: This position requires regular travel, with frequency varying by week, throughout British Columbia as needed.
