• Research state specific regulatory, licensing and continuing education requirements - categorized by licensing board or other supervising entity.
• Review MT courses to identify which courses align with state specific requirements for all categories above
• Review approval and accreditation requirements for organizations that establish standards for quality assurance and training within healthcare industries.
•  Research content requirements for topic specific training required by state and federal agencies - examples include: training for home health staff or staff working in long term care; training on non-violent crisis intervention, medication management, and use of restraints.
• Research content on compliance topics as they related to healthcare - for instance HIPAA applications in Behavioral Health settings.
• Advise on content demand specific to care setting and target audience;

• Registered nurse with an active, unencumbered license.
• Bachelors degree in nursing, Masters degree in nursing preferred
• 5 years as an LNP 
• Experience with research and outreach to state agencies to get information on approval processes and timelines. Content review to ensure state approvals for continuing education content. Knowledge of how licensing boards and other regulatory agencies operate.
• Registered with the ANA as an active member - desirable

• This is a Contract Position - with work on demand as needed
