Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and develop engaging, high-quality Community Services learning programs (all learning modes) that build capability and improve performance across the business.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and operational leaders to translate complex information into practical, learner-focused training solutions.
  • Research and source suitable learning programs that meet learning requirements.
  • Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope and aligned to business priorities.
  • Monitor learning effectiveness, training completion and learner feedback, using data and insights to continuously improve learning outcomes.
  • Support administration of the LMS, ensuring compliance and mandatory training requirements are met.
  • Facilitate training sessions for diverse audiences across Australia.

Qualifications

 

Advanced instructional design skills (across all learning modes) 

What We're Looking For

  • Advanced instructional design experience (across all learning modes)
  • Cert IV in Training Assessment or relatable experience
  • Confident facilitator who can effectively engage learners, manage group dynamics and deliver impactful training sessions both virtually and in person.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to understand business needs and design learning solutions that drive operational outcomes.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management and time management skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive and self motivated, with a strong sense of ownership, and the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and act on them.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and build strong working relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical and solutions-focused, using data and insights to identify capability gaps and recommend practical learning interventions.
  • Experience working in a compliance driven environment (experience in Employment Services highly regarded) and balancing business, compliance and learner experience requirements.
