As part of the Client Services team, you’ll deliver a high-quality, client-focused experience by coordinating independent medical assessments and supporting consultants and clients throughout the process. You’ll also ensure visitors feel welcome and supported.

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our close-knit team on a part time basis working 26 hours a week.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate bookings and manage consultant schedules to maximise appointment utilisation
  • Liaise with clients to deliver services in line with agreements and processes
  • Prepare and manage medical files for appointments
  • Provide administrative support to consultants
  • Respond to client enquiries (reports, invoicing, status updates)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants
  • Support team activities, including reception duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Positive, friendly and client-focused approach
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Flexible, with strong prioritisation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in case management/medical reporting (desirable)
