Job Description
IPAR are seeking individuals with a professional background in Occupational Therapy interested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector in Morwell!

We are open to this role in a Full Time or Part Time 4 days per week capacity.
Some of your day to day includes:
- Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks);
- Assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes;
- Liaise with employers, case managers, medical professionals, and insurers to provide clinical updates and ensure alignment of rehabilitation goals.
- Work across various schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare & Department of Veteran's Affairs
- Conduct comprehensive ADL assessments to evaluate an individual's functional abilities and support needs within the home and/or community to promote their independence. Make recommendations for equipment, home modifications, or support services based on assessment findings.
- Prepare timely, high-quality reports outlining findings, recommendations, and clinical reasoning.

Qualifications
Our new team member will have:
- A qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist or eligibility to obtain
- Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
- Excellent time management skills - be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
- A desire to problem solve with the confidence to be innovative, use their initiative and achieve results
- A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits
- Energy and drive to grow our services
- A current drivers' license and access to their own vehicle
