IPAR Brisbane are pleased to announce an exciting career development opportunity for a Principal Consultant based in Brisbane.
Are you a high performing Consultant ready to take the next step or a current Senior/Principal Consultant seeking a new challenge?
Our Brisbane team is seeking a Principal Consultant who will be responsible for case management duties while also developing as a Queensland SME in the physical space, with specialty areas aligned to individual strengths and interests.
There will be opportunities to support across Pre Employment Medicals, Ergonomic Assessments, Re-Thinking Recovery services, Physical Functional Assessments and our Physical Conditioning Service under Work Cover Queensland.

Qualifications
- 1+ years experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant with demonstrated high performance or Senior/Principal consultant experience with a comprehensive understanding of workers’ compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation.
- Full Professional Registration/Accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Osteopathy.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and employees.
- Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis in order to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments.
- Ability to consistently provide high level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals
- Proven organisational and time management skills and ability to perform independently and contribute to the development of others.
