Job Description
Do you enjoy managing a caseload but feel ready for something more? Are you looking for the chance to step into leadership while still doing the rehab consulting work you love? In this role, you’ll not only support clients through evidence‑based, culturally responsive rehabilitation services, but also build strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities to grow our presence in the ACT. And you won’t be doing it alone — you’ll be supported and coached by experienced leaders who will show you how to develop your management capability, influence stakeholders, and take the next step in your career with confidence. This is the ideal role if you’re ready to expand your skills into team leadership, service growth, and customer engagement while keeping your clinical identity at the core
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking a range of assessments and case work
- Building strong relationships with customer and other stakeholders
- Exploring new opportunities and growth areas
- Provide coaching and nurturing of your colleagues to continue to drive high performing work and achieve positive outcomes
Qualifications
What you'll bring to the role
- Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
- Experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation
- A willingness to travel (Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence compulsory)
- A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employees
- Strong customer relations skills with a business growth focused mindset
- An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with the many diverse cultural groups that make up the society in which we live and work
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service to large customers
- A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
