As a Team Leader, some of your day to day includes:
- Lead, coach and support a team of consultants to deliver high quality occupational rehab services.
- Drive team performance in achieving positive RTW outcomes and meeting billable targets.
- Support onboarding, training and ongoing development of team members
- Overseeing quality assurance, file reviews and compliance with service standards.
- Foster a high performing, values driven team culture focused on continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded;
- Tertiary allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Full Professional Registration/Accreditation/Membership with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role;
- Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
