Are you a skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner eager to lead a team and help shape the future of clinical professionals?

In this role, you will apply your outstanding clinical skills to positively influence the lives of NDIS participants on your caseload while supporting the growth and development of team members.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing operational and clinical support to the Behaviour Support team
- Delivering essential therapy services to community participants
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Mentoring early career practitioners
- Staying informed on current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance

Qualifications
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years' in development and implementation of positive Behaviour Support
- Relevant qualification in allied health or social care with registration to relevant professional body
- Registration with the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Commission as a Proficient or Advanced or Specialist level Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS
- A passion for being a leader in your field and delivering quality, evidence based therapeutic interventions
- Experience in providing training wand supervision to a team
- A drivers' licence and full access to a vehicle
- A national police clearance and working with children check (or the ability to obtain one)
