Job Description
Our Western Australia Area Manager will:
- Lead and support our Perth and regional WA branches;
- Have demonstrated their ability to lead a team to deliver high quality customer service that is evidenced through:
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction and relations;
- Focus on repeat business and referrals and growing the business (business development)
- Achievement of all customer SLAs;
- Have demonstrated their ability to clearly convey performance expectations, motivate, coach, and develop a team to meet financial goals and develop a team culture where hard work is recognised, valued, and celebrated;
- Create and build engaged, high performing teams across all branches
- Have tertiary allied health qualifications in Physio, OT, Exercise Physiology, Rehab Counselling, or Psychology;
- This position will suit an experienced Senior Rehab Consultant, Principal Consultant or current Team Leader who are looking to develop their skills further or an existing Area Manager who is looking to work with Australia's leading occupational rehabilitation provider. You will have demonstrated skills in leadership and is passionate about growing their career with IPAR.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous Occupational Rehabilitation experience
- Have demonstrated their ability to clearly convey performance expectations, motivate, coach, and develop a team to meet financial goals and develop a team culture where hard work is recognised, valued, and celebrated;
- Proven ability to drive customer relationships and build new referral networks
- Have tertiary allied health qualifications & Professional Registration in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology;
- The ability to travel regionally when required
