Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Finance team . Reporting to the Head of Finance - MediLaw Group, this role will undertake duties and responsibilities involved in the generation and payment of invoices, managing expenses, verifying and reconciling financial data and responding to stakeholders to resolve queries.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Debt collection 
  • Allocation of receipts
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Generation of debtor (client) invoices
  • Assisting with reconciling Accounts Receivable
  • Preparing vouchers for Specialist
  • Generating RCTI for Doctors at month end
  •  Assist with accounts queries 
  • Preparation of monthly payment 
  • Assisting with month end processes 
  • Providing assistance to the Finance Team and participate in ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualifications

To be successful the applicant will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Clerk role or similar role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience within a full function bookkeeping process
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent stakeholder support both internally and externally
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
