Job Description
About the role
As the Injury Management Consultant you will play a vital role in the success of the Regional WorkFocus team by managing some of our largest customers. Drawing upon your extensive experience and strong profile within the industry, you will deliver services and implement Service Agreements with key customers requiring a specific focus as per business unit needs.
As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain quality across customer as per SLA requirements in regard to rates, costs and durations
- Implement services as per Customer SLAs
- Coach team member to undertake work in accordance with customer requirements
- Complete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehab on all claims
- Represent WFA at public forums and on various committees as required
Qualifications
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC)
- Significant occupational rehabilitation industry experience
- Specialist knowledge and skillset with a solid reputation and profile within the industry
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of occupational rehabilitation services and strategic management of a portfolio
- Customer service orientation with experience managing customer service agreements
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate referrals and build portfolio
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience training, coaching and developing others
- Willingness to travel (car and license essential)
