Job Description

From a paediatric play-based session to help a child develop motor skills, to assessing & making recommendations on potential modifications to the environment through assistive tech or home mods to improve accessibility; the work of an OT is varied. You will…

  • Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity to perform ADL’s and IADL’s
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.
  • Participate in professional development and receive formal 1:1 supervision 
  • Engage in group supervision & disability specific workshops
  • Collaborate with our wider multidisciplinary team of Speechies, Physio's, EP's, Psychologists and BSP's.
     

About You

We are looking for people who authentically want to improve the lives of people living with a disability. You will are:

  • A Team Player who is eager to learn from and collaborate within an MDT
  • Looking for a FUN and inviting team culture where we look out for one another!
  • Have current registration or be eligible for registration with AHPRA upon graduating as an OT
