Job Description

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team in The Northern Territory on a full-time basis or part-time basis! Applicants based outside of Darwin in the NT, or looking to relocate welcome to apply.

    About the role

    As a Team Leader you will play a vital role in the provision of workplace rehabilitation services to help build better lives through work and health. As part of the team you’ll support people to get well and working.

    As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:

    • Lead and coach a team of Rehabilitation Consultants 
    • Support and develop Consultants on their professional development pathway
    • Overseeing the team's performance and quality 
    • Identify areas of growth and opportunities
    • Undertaking initial, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
    • Identifying Return To Work barriers & strategies to get clients well and working
    • Designing, implementing and monitoring RTW programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce as required.

    Qualifications

    What you’ll bring to the role

    • Qualifications & registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
    • Demonstrated ability to work as a Team Leader and consistently meet team/business KPI’s
    • The ability to quickly understand the challenges and opportunities across a portfolio and implement a plan accordingly
    • Adaptability to deal with dynamic changes in your work requirements
    • Experience and knowledge of the NT workers compensation scheme or other interstate schemes and various customer requirements
    • Relocation Assistance
    • Flight costs to return to home location annually
