About the role

We are expanding our western Sydney team and welcome experienced Occupational Therapists who aren’t afraid to try something different.  You will bring your experience to the role, along with excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner with the assistance of an Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Assess participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
  • Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life
  • Mentor graduates and early career clinicians
  • Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance

Qualifications

About you

To be successful you will have:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience as an Occupational Therapist post graduation
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
  • Pro-active attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
  • Desire to mentor graduates
  • Genuine passion for working in the Disability sector
