What you’ll be doing
Are you ready to help shape high-performing digital media campaigns across Europe? We’re looking for a Performance Media Executive to join our central Marketing team and support the delivery, optimisation and reporting of paid media activity across McArthurGlen’s markets.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Performance Media Manager, Media Planning Manager, Regional Marketing teams and external agency partners to ensure campaigns are well executed, measurable and aligned to our brand, channel and commercial objectives. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, digital platforms and cross-functional teams, while contributing to consistent, insight-led media activity across multiple markets.
- Supporting the day-to-day execution of digital performance campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest and TikTok
- Monitoring campaign tagging, tracking and measurement using tools such as Google Tag Manager 360, Campaign Manager 360 and Google Search Console
- Tracking and reporting on campaign performance using Google Analytics 360, Campaign Manager 360 and Salesforce Marketing Intelligence
- Creating and maintaining dashboards and post-campaign documentation to support performance reviews
- Working with CRM, IT, Website, Regional Marketing and agency partners to troubleshoot issues and keep campaigns on track
- Supporting A/B testing, performance analysis and optimisation recommendations
- Keeping digital listings and business profiles up to date across platforms such as Google Business Profile and Apple Business Connect
- Sharing relevant digital media trends, best practice and improvement opportunities across the team
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- 2–3 years’ experience in digital media operations, campaign execution or agency coordination
- Experience supporting digital performance campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest and TikTok
- Confidence working with campaign data, reporting dashboards and performance insights
- Working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager 360, Campaign Manager 360, Google Search Console and Salesforce Marketing Intelligence
- Strong attention to detail, planning and prioritisation skills
- Clear communication and relationship-building skills across internal teams and external partners
- Curiosity, adaptability and a proactive approach to improving campaign performance and ways of working
- Fluent English
It would be great if you also have
- Experience with retail or multi-market campaigns
- European market experience
- Additional language skills, particularly Italian, German or French
