Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Visual Merchandising Back Office Intern to join our team in Reggio Emilia, Italy. This internship opportunity offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of visual merchandising while supporting our back-office operations.

  • Assist in creating and maintaining visual merchandising plans and strategies
  • Support the team in analyzing sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions
  • Help prepare presentations and reports for visual merchandising initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation
  • Contribute to the organization and maintenance of digital asset libraries
  • Assist in coordinating visual merchandising materials and supplies
  • Support the team in tracking and reporting on visual merchandising performance metrics
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for innovative display ideas and concepts

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and current retail trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Italian is a plus)
  • Enthusiasm for the fashion and retail industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Creative mindset with a passion for visual aesthetics and brand representation
