Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Visual Merchandising Back Office Intern to join our team in Reggio Emilia, Italy. This internship opportunity offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of visual merchandising while supporting our back-office operations.
- Assist in creating and maintaining visual merchandising plans and strategies
- Support the team in analyzing sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions
- Help prepare presentations and reports for visual merchandising initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation
- Contribute to the organization and maintenance of digital asset libraries
- Assist in coordinating visual merchandising materials and supplies
- Support the team in tracking and reporting on visual merchandising performance metrics
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for innovative display ideas and concepts
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and current retail trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Italian is a plus)
- Enthusiasm for the fashion and retail industry
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Creative mindset with a passion for visual aesthetics and brand representation
