The opportunity

Working directly with senior leaders, you’ll move between problem diagnosis, solution design and delivery coordination, sometimes all in the same week. One day you might be redesigning an operating model; the next, building a business case or creating a new product pilot.

You’ll work across all legal practice areas, Strategy, Operations, Finance, Digital & Technology, People & Culture, and beyond, earning trust and influencing.

What you will do

• Problem identification & analysis
• Solution design, fit for purpose design
• Explore and apply novel tools, technologies and methods, including AI
• Delivery coordination, owning end to end delivery of initiatives.

What you will bring

• Proven commercial experience in consulting, strategy, transformation or operations
• Familiarity with structured product or initiative delivery approaches (e.g. product operating model) is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in organisational design, operating models, process improvement or commercial analysis
• Experience within professional services or complex knowledge-based organisations (desirable)
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking capability
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments
• High level of professionalism, discretion and judgement
• Comfortable using AI tools and modern productivity software in day-to-day work.
