About the role

These roles have been intentionally designed to support part-time and school‑friendly hours, making them ideal for parents returning to work, carers, or professionals seeking a role that fits around their life. Hybrid working is available, allowing you to balance working from home with time in our Melbourne CBD office.

As a Client Support Coordinator in our Contact Centre, you’ll be the first point of contact for new client enquiries, providing a warm, empathetic and professional experience from the very first conversation.

You’ll speak with people at pivotal moments in their lives, gathering information, assessing enquiries, and ensuring each client feels heard and supported.

  • Operating hours are 8am–8pm, with part-time shifts available - design your own work day

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to new enquiries via phone and email within service timeframes
  • Capture accurate and succinct client information in our systems
  • Assess enquiries to determine suitability for our legal services
  • Escalate urgent matters appropriately
  • Provide general legal information with empathy and care
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience on every interaction

About you

You don’t need legal experience to succeed in this role. What matters most is your ability to connect with people and manage multiple priorities.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in customer service, client support or contact centre roles (any industry)
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Confidence using multiple systems and technology
  • The ability to remain calm and empathetic in emotionally sensitive conversations
  • A genuine desire to help others
