Job Description
Our Personal Injuries team is dedicated to protecting the rights and entitlements of our clients. We now have an exciting opportunity to join our Specialised Onboarding Team (SOT) as a Trainee Legal Assistant on a full‑time or part-time (minimum 4 days), permanent basis. This position may be based in our Brisbane CBD office or at one of our other offices across Queensland.
This role will specifically support our hearing loss claims work within SOT, providing essential administrative and client support to ensure matters progress smoothly and clients feel supported throughout the early stages of their claim.
The successful candidate will be keen to learn and develop their skills in a busy, client‑focused environment. You will use your strong client service skills to support our clients and be in frequent contact with them. Your responsibilities will include answering and managing incoming calls, greeting clients, diary management, assisting with file management, preparation of correspondence and providing day-to-day administrative support.

Our team works in a fast-paced environment with competing demands, so strong organisational and time management skills are a must. If you're a team player with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, we would love to hear from you. Strong customer service skills as well as admin experience is beneficial.
