We are seeking an energetic, client-focused Associate/Senior Associate to join our friendly and experienced Craigieburn office on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers a diverse client base and challenging, rewarding work. In joining the team, you will become part of our experienced group of specialised Lawyers who are passionate about extending justice to everyone who needs it. A key focus of this role will be to provide a seamless client experience, supporting our clients to get favourable outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Work Injuries law, a proven track record of achieving exceptional client outcomes, sound legal technical skills, and experience managing their own file load. Strong decision-making, analytical abilities, and communication skills are essential. We welcome candidates with experience in personal injury law, and complex files.

The experience we are looking for 

You are energetic, client-focused and looking to be constantly challenged and to continuously expand your skill set. In addition, you will have:

• 3+ Years PAE predominantly in personal injuries
• Experience working within a personal injuries environment ideally with a background in work cover / work injury matters
• A strong knowledge of the relevant procedural rules relevant to personal injury practice in Victoria
• A demonstrated proactive approach to file management
• Experience working in a high-volume work environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience providing high-level client service
• An unrestricted Practicing Certificate is desirable
• Proven ability in executing business development initiatives
